What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Represent the Porsche brand through a premium, customer-first experience
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and clients about findings and recommendations
• Identify additional service opportunities with integrity and professionalism
• Manage your workflow independently while coordinating with the service team
• Accurately document repairs, services, and recommendations
• Maintain Porsche-level standards for vehicle care and handling
• Stay current with factory training, bulletins, and evolving technology
• Mentor and support developing technicians when needed
