Position Overview

We are seeking a Polestar Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand and guide prospective customers through the Polestar experience. This individual will have deep knowledge of our vehicles, from specifications to key features, and will leverage this expertise to create excitement and drive appointments for test drives. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, with a passion for electric vehicles and an ability to build genuine customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the full range of Polestar vehicles, including their specifications, features, technology, and sustainability benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective customers both online and in-person, showcasing Polestar’s unique features and answering questions with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Drive customer interest by setting appointments for test drives, consultations, and potential vehicle purchases.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a passionate advocate for the Polestar brand, upholding its values and vision in every customer interaction.
  • Customer Journey Support: Assist customers through the buying journey, providing them with valuable insights and resources to help inform their purchasing decision.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience from first touch to purchase.
  • Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to help inform product development, customer service, and marketing strategies.
  • Event Participation: Represent Polestar at events, product launches, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive interest.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge & Passion for Electric Vehicles: A strong understanding of electric vehicles, particularly in terms of performance, sustainability, and technological innovation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, educate, and motivate prospective customers.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively to drive results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used for scheduling, customer relationship management (CRM), and product demonstrations.
  • Passion for the Polestar Brand: A genuine enthusiasm for the Polestar brand, its mission, and its products.

Compensation

  • $17/hr
  • $50 additional for every appointment that gets set and logs a showroom appearance for a test drive.
  • $50 additional for every unit sold!
