What You'll Do:

• Be the face of the service department, welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism

• Communicate with customers about their vehicle’s needs clearly and confidently

• Write up repair orders, sell additional maintenance services, and guide each guest through the service process

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure fast, accurate diagnosis and repair timelines

• Follow up with guests and ensure 100% satisfaction every time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)

• Passion for people, performance, and process

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• A positive, solution-oriented attitude
