Collision Center/Service Porter
The Collision Center/Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of a collision center and/or service department. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Collision Manager, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few.
Job Responsibilities

Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations
Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed
Move vehicles from intake area to storage area
Move vehicles inside and outside of collision center to help achieve production standards
Maintain a neat and orderly production and paint areas by sweeping, removal of trash and discarded parts as well as other actions required to maintain the appearance of the production and paint areas
Maintain other areas of the collision center such as the offices, storage areas and around the outside of the collision center
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
Save and tag all warranty parts for storage

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and experienced Parts Delivery Driver. The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering parts and equipment for the dealership.
 
Job Responsibilities:

Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
Keeps accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
Unloads truck every day and turns in required paperwork.
Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
Assist parts department as needed with inventory and stocking.
Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management.
Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.

As a quick lube tech, you’ll start by being responsible for inspecting and servicing vehicles quickly and thoroughly. With a little hard work and dedication, who knows where you’ll be able to go? Job Responsibilities

Perform multipoint inspections through video
Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
Inspect fluid levels and add as necessary. Inspect tire tread depth and record brake pad measurements
Check and adjust tire pressure
Drain oil from crankcase and refill to factory specified levels
Replace oil and air filters
Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
Qualifications

Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
Prior experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Occasional exposure to inclement weather
Ability to operate an automobile
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Requires a significant amount of walking and/or standing. May also require working in the seated position for long periods while operating controls with arms and legs. This position may also require working at a production pace while pushing and/or pulling materials from place to place.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s financial obligations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role supports the accounting department by maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency within the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Process invoices, verify approvals, and ensure accurate coding of expenses.
Maintain vendor records, ensuring up-to-date payment terms and contact information.
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers per company schedules.
Assist in month-end closing by preparing accounts payable reports and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls related to financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices for audit purposes.
Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processing of financial transactions.
Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in dealership accounting required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal team interactions.
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and financial platforms.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous DealerTrack DMS experience preferred, but not required.

Education & Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to maintain financial accuracy and expand accounting knowledge as needed.


Physical Requirements

Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. for file management and office organization.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
