Are you an elite Service Director looking for elite compensation? If you're a proven winner who's ready to be rewarded for your performance and leadership, let's talk.

Most service manager postings promise "a great opportunity." We're offering something better: real money, real authority, and a family name that's been on the sign since 1967.Carlock Automotive Group is family-owned and now in its third generation, with dealerships across Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Indiana.

We're not a faceless consolidator that'll flip the store next quarter. Decisions get made by people who know your name, and when you win, the family that owns this group sees it.

The Role

You'll own the service department at Carlock Toyota of Columbus. Fixed ops is the backbone of this store, and we want a leader who treats it that way: someone who drives absorption, builds a team techs actually want to work for, and turns first-time customers into lifelong Toyota owners.

What You'll Do

  • Run the department like it's your own business: P&L, gross, labor rates, effective labor rate, hours per RO
  • Recruit, develop, and keep top technicians and advisors in a market where talent is everything
  • Own the customer experience from the drive to the cashier, and protect CSI like your paycheck depends on it (it does)
  • Partner with sales and parts to grow retention, maximize warranty and customer-pay, and keep the shop full
  • Build processes that scale, because this group grows, and we promote from within

What You Bring

  • Proven fixed ops leadership with numbers to back it up
  • Toyota experience strongly preferred
  • A track record of building teams, not burning them out
  • Command of DMS reporting and the discipline to manage by the numbers
  • The drive to be the best service operation in the region, not just in Columbus

Why Carlock

  • $225K–$300K compensation for a top performer
  • Family-owned, multigenerational stability with no private equity playbook
  • A five-state group with room to grow into bigger roles
  • Leadership that's accessible, decisive, and invested in your success
  • Benefits: health, 401(k), demo, PTO, relocation assistance
