• Guide customers through their vehicle buying journey
• Learn how to convert internet leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to completed transaction, while earning future referral business along the way
• Learn a modern sales process to guide every opportunity you meet towards a decision 
• Build relationships and create unique experiences for every customer we come in contact with
• Expertly demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits 
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and in- person, showroom opportunities
