What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing service team focused on customer satisfaction, production, and profitability
  • Drive daily service operations, workflow, and repair order management
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with advisors to review opportunities, customer concerns, upsells, and follow-up
  • Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality control
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop advisors, technicians, and future leaders
  • Create a culture centered around accountability, urgency, teamwork, and growth
  • Review financial performance, labor sales, gross profit, and departmental KPIs
  • Ensure warranty compliance and operational excellence
  • Partner with dealership leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Maintain elite customer experience standards and manufacturer expectations
  • Oversee facility operations, safety compliance, and department organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven automotive service leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of fixed operations performance metrics
  • Ability to lead teams, coach employees, and hold people accountable
  • High-level communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with dealership service processes, production management, and customer retention
  • A leader who brings energy, urgency, professionalism, and a winning mindset every day
  • Franchise dealership experience preferred
  • Toyota experience is a plus, but leadership and execution matter most
