BDC Client Care Specialist

Business Development Center (BDC) Representative – Service DepartmentAre you a people person who thrives on helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? Carlock Automotive Group is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our Service team.In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for service customers—answering inbound calls, assisting with questions, and scheduling appointments that help create a seamless service experience. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, strong teamwork, and delivering top-tier customer care, this could be a great fit.What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive first impression
• Identify customer needs and schedule service appointments efficiently
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to support retention and appointment setting
• Help address customer questions before their appointment, including timing, estimated costs, and general service concerns
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help ensure customers are prepared for their visit
• Work closely with the BDC Director, Service Advisors, Service Managers, and support staff to deliver a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience required; call center or appointment-setting experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good follow-up habits and attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations and responsibilities at once

Schedule

• Department hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Saturday availability is required
• Off on major holidays
