We are seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant with the presence, discipline, and proven success required to perform at the highest level. This is not an entry role. What You Will Do:

• Represent Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, and Rolls Royce with professionalism, confidence, and deep product knowledge.
• Engage directly with high net worth clients, understanding their lifestyles and tailoring solutions to meet their expectations.
• Consistently achieve established sales objectives while elevating the client experience into a long term relationship.
• Develop mastery of each brand’s identity, heritage, and innovation, serving as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.
• Represent Carlock Motorcars Nashville at private events, exclusive viewings, and brand activations, embodying the prestige of the marques we represent.

What We Expect:

• A proven track record of success in luxury automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or client focused relationship management.
• Applicants without prior relevant experience will be rejected immediately. This role requires demonstrated success and is not suitable for candidates seeking training or entry into the luxury sector.
• Professional maturity, polish, and the ability to earn trust in high level client interactions.
• Strong closing ability, refined communication skills, and confidence conducting business with discerning clientele.
• Genuine passion for automotive craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and brand heritage.
• Comfort with CRM systems and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly in a performance driven environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to commute to Brentwood, TN 37027 required. No relocations.

Full time position and working saturdays required.

Compensation ranges from $36,000 to $150,000 plus annually, based on performance and contribution.
