What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of Sales Consultants in a non-negotiation, value-focused sales process
Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and daily engagement
Own the floor — from customer experience to process execution
Partner with the General Manager and marketing to drive sales traffic
Monitor KPIs, manage CRM follow-up, and make sure every customer is treated like a VIP
What You Bring:
4+ years of automotive sales experience (management/finance experience preferred)
Clear understanding of the Clear Price model — and why customers love it
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Tech fluency: CRM, digital retailing platforms, Reconditioning systems
A team-player mindset with the confidence to lead from the front
