🔧 What You’ll Do:

Own the entire client experience from introduction to delivery
Sell not just vehicles — but accessories, protection packages, and finance products
Build strong relationships and foster long-term customer loyalty
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory with confidence
Manage your own pipeline using the latest CRM tools
Review and maintain daily inventory reports
Strategize with sales leadership to grow your personal market share
Track performance and meet dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly units
Stay updated on product certifications and market trends

Sales Consultant – Automotive
If you’re ready to kick your career into overdrive, now is the perfect time to join our team of automotive sales professionals! This is an opportunity for you to turn your sales skills, excellent customer service into oppertunity. The sky is the limit for highly motivated, results-driven team players who want to not only close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. What is unique about our process is that our sales team (Client Advisors) work the customer from start to finish. That means that you will be inchage of both selling the vehicle and finance. 
Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Present financing options and assist with the paperwork
Complete sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a quality experience 
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Education and/or Experience

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 Year (Preferred)

Carlock - Mobile is seeking a Service Advisor to join our elite team
We are looking for a polished professional with experience in service advising. In this role, you must be highly organized, detail focused, and confident in managing the needs of high net worth and celebrity clientele.Discretion, professionalism, and poise are not just expected. They are required at all times. You represent the company and brand both in and out of the dealership. This is a career for someone who understands that excellence in service is more than a job. It is a lifestyle.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Managing a team of skilled technicians
• Advising clients on repairs and identifying opportunities for premium services
• Maintaining a deep understanding of scheduling and time management
• Executing every task with extreme attention to detail
• Ensuring the service area is always immaculate and client ready
• Adhering to strict punctuality standards
• Maintaining a professional appearance in proper business attire
Schedule

Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Some weekends may be required.
