🔧 What You’ll Do:
Own the entire client experience from introduction to delivery
Sell not just vehicles — but accessories, protection packages, and finance products
Build strong relationships and foster long-term customer loyalty
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory with confidence
Manage your own pipeline using the latest CRM tools
Review and maintain daily inventory reports
Strategize with sales leadership to grow your personal market share
Track performance and meet dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly units
Stay updated on product certifications and market trends

Education and/or Experience
Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as food service, restaurants, or the hospitality industry (including hotels or guest services) is highly valued.
Sales training or experience is a strong advantage.
